DEVELOPING TEAMS
MINISTRY TEAM
The function of the MT is to minister to the individuals during the Festival of Miracles coached by Apostle and
his Team. The more people you expect to attend, the more MT members you want to recruit.
USHER TEAM
The function of the UT is to create and maintain the order before, during and after the service, but especially
during ministry times. Our goal is to help everyone; therefore we have created a specific structure that will
enable us to minister to everyone in need. The more people you expect to attend, the more UT members you
will need.
Prepare badges for both teams (different color) and have them greet everyone with warm smile and encouraging
words such as, “Expect Your Miracle Today!”
WORSHIP TEAM
A Festival of Miracles is usually not the best time to teach new songs. Familiar songs that people can get into
right away are usually best. Keep songs simple, faith-filled and speaking of the redemptive qualities of Christ.
Have a good pianist always at the keyboard to pick up Apostle’s flow as he moves with the Holy Spirit.
CAMERA TEAM
The function of the CT is to record the event, especially the miracles. There are certain camera angles we would
like them to cover and cues to pay close attention to. We cannot rehears the Holy Spirit, this team has to always
anticipate what is going to happen, which means being always in the right position at the right time.
SOUND TEAM
The function of the ST is to record the event in audio format (to CD or directly to hard drive via a computer)
and also to ensure the quality of the sound during the whole event. Sound is very important as faith comes by
hearing!
PHOTOGRAPHERS
The function of the PT is to record the event, especially the miracles via taking pictures. We cannot rehears the
Holy Spirit, the photographers have to always anticipate what is going to happen, that means being always in
the right position at the right time. Cover as many angles at a miracle as possible. Have one stand left, the other
at right, and another one in front of the action as well.
If needed, we will provide ALL equipments (cameras, photo cameras, DVD burner, video mixer, tripods,
tricaster etc.) and also provide a quick training to your teams to maximize impact. Have EVERY TEAM come
one hour before the first meeting to receive instructions and training.
